My next few posts will list foods that can help to heal the body from A to Z. Of course they need to be eaten on a regular basis, and leave out the sweets and junk food.
Here are four "A" foods that help to heal and what they are good for.
APPLES: Protect your heart, prevent constipation, block diarrhea, improve lung capacity, cushion joints, and help with weight loss.
APRICOTS: Combat cancer, control blood pressure, save your eyesight, shield against Alzheimer's, slow the aging process. (Give me some NOW!)
ARTICHOKES: Aid in digestion, lower cholesterol, protect your heart, stabilizes blood sugar, guard against liver disease.
AVOCADOS: Battle diabetes, lower cholesterol, help stop strokes, control blood pressure and smooths the skin. (Give me some of these too, NOW!)
